Online photo albums are galleries on the internet managed by individuals.
Some examples are Instagram, Flickr, Webshots, SmugMug or Yahoo!Photos.

Advantages to using online photo albums

It's better to use an online photo album because:

There are options to make the album private which is safer than putting it
up on a social networking site
It's easier to access in one
album rather than them all being sent via different emails

It helped when you said that it is safer to have a photo album than put it up on a social networking site. This is helpful because my partner and I are private people. With this, I will look for experts tomorrow morning who can provide photo prints of our recent travel pictures within one week.
