What is Cloud Computing?

A system in which all computer programs and data is stored on a central server owned by a company and accessed virtually.
For example, Google Docs can be used to make documents, presentations and spreadsheets online.
Some other examples of companies providing cloud computing would be SkyDrive, Drop Box and iCloud.

Personal use of Google Docs

Google Drive is an extension of Google Docs which is a way to share documents and edit them at the same time as others.

Google Apps for business use

Gmail - you can send emails to co-workers and colleagues
Calendar - to plan meetings and deadlines
Google Drive - This is where you can store and share documents with colleagues and co-workers to edit at the same time

How can you use cloud computing to share photos?

You can create a shared stream and invitie friends to have access to the stream and see and edit photos and videos. Some example are iCloud or Gmail.
